We’ve been treating patients in the Buffalo area for more than 15 years and have are proud to serve the community in Downtown Buffalo. Whether you work or live downtown, this Sports PT location is conveniently located off of NY Route 33 on Delaware Avenue between Chippewa Street and Tupper Ave. We use a hands-on approach, as well as functional and evidence-based techniques to ensure a speedy and healthy recovery.

Working to help each patient achieve their individual goals, and structuring each therapy program to address their specific needs.

Other Interests:
Spending time outside with my family and pets, reading, doing crafts or playing games with my son.

How did she come to Sports PT?
I came to Sports PT because I wanted to be a part of a team that supports each other and prioritizes patient care through their drive and passion for the PT field.

  • Graduated from D’Youville University with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy, 2022.
  • Earned a post-Masters Certification in Advanced Orthopedic Physical Therapy from D’Youville University, 2022
  • Earned a BSc in Kinseiology from Brock University, 2018.
  • Clinical interests include the McKenzie Method, functional therapeutic exercise and vestibular rehab.

Favorite Part Of The Job:
I enjoy fostering an environment for my patients to take an active role in their therapy to see themselves create their own positive and lasting change.

Other Interests:
I enjoy baking anything and everything especially gluten free recipes, playing roller derby, lifting, hiking, traveling, and playing fetch with my cat (yes….cat!).
