career paths

MOVING AHEAD.

Sports PT is filled with motivated people who have worked their way up the company. And we do our best to provide you opportunities for advancement, to challenge you, to inspire you, and to do whatever it takes to make this a place you can call home. Take a look at our career paths to see what opportunities are at your fingertips.

The Leadership Path.
Want to take more of an executive role within our company? This career path is for employees who have shown exemplary leadership and management skills, enjoy the business side of physical therapy, and are ready to take our team to the next level.

The Clinical Path.
If you want to take on additional clinical responsibilities without moving into a facility management role, the Clinical Path may be for you. In your expanded role, you’ll have a variety of projects to choose from, such as mentoring of clinical personnel and students. We all remember our clinical mentor and are passionate about growing this profession. This is why we received The Leadership in Clinical Education Award from Columbia University. You will also have the opportunity to participate in special research or outcomes projects, development of internal clinical programs, and much more.

The Office Administrative Path.
As a Patient Services Coordinator, you’re crucial to the success of our company. And if you enjoy your role but would like to take on more, you can thrive within our Office Administrative Path.

CEU FOR YOU.

We are proud to announce that Sports PT is now a New York State-Approved CEU Provider. And it’s just one example of our dedication to lifelong learning.
