The East Syracuse clinic opened in December 2007 and is located in the brand new Fly Road Professional Building with easy access from Route 481. We provide quality, one on one care for our patients and focus on patient education and injury prevention.

Rich is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Physical Therapy with a BS PT degree. He has over 9 years of experience working with all types and ages of orthopedic and geriatric patients. Rich is certified in ASTYM or Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization, which is a soft tissue technique designed to remodel the soft tissue around the area of injury to promote an accelerated and a natural healing process.
Rich developed the Power Groove Golf and Fitness Program, currently being used by the Buffalo Bills and at rehabilitation facilities throughout New York and Pennsylvania. The program facilitates closed chain, sports functional therapy and performance enhancement, and returns athletes to the field safer and faster. The Power Groove Program can also be used to improve neurological dysfunction in all patients due to its constant resistance and core stabilization principles. Rich has a long history of rehabilitating golfers consisting of local club pros, amateurs and the women's professional Futures Tour.

David received his bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina with a concentration in athletic training. He received his masters from Syracuse University in 2006. David is currently the head trainer at Jamesville-DeWitt High School.

Brigit graduated from SUNY Cortland with a B.S. in Athletic Training. She is from Lake Placid where she cross-country skied competitively for the NYSEF (NYSKI Education Foundation) and participated in the Junior Olympics for 4 years. She is now the Certified Athletic Trainer at Cazenovia High School.

Denise has been with Sports PT since 1999. She recently completed the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse. Denise enjoys working with all patients and in all aspects of patient care and customer service. She enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with friends and family, especially her new cat, 'Tinky Jane'!
